Ethics and compliance training

I wonder if Dell will have its ethics and compliance training this year?

Coming from an unethical and corrupt group of people would be pretty ridiculous.

If olanda and Wendy are still in Dell learning, than ethics are a joke. Both are the epitomy of bad business ethics

A Caption Obvious type response: You have to remember, ethics training, compliance training, DEI training; none of that was to benefit the employee. Everyone had to take it so in case someone violated any of those rules the company could just wipe the dust from its hands and say “We’re not responsible, we trained them not to lie, ship to North Korea, discriminate or harass”

By requiring such training only the employee(s) involved could be held liable. .
