What is career path/title as IT professional there?
From engineer associate to principal engineer.

You have to switch teams to get a title promotion. They very rarely do it on current teams anymore, because the target operating model dictates the team makeup so if someone wants a promotion, usually someone who has that title has to leave. And then there needs to be budget for it. And then the manager has to be willing to push for the promotion. Much easier and faster to post for a team that has an open role a level up.
Software engineer, senior software engineer, lead engineer, principal engineer
