I’m rtm in northeast, all i do is train people because they quit after a month, the ones that don’t quit constantly talk about quitting… then you have to constantly fill out at least two of these stupid coaching forms every week on your people, get your selling in, make sure your dmi is 100 percent, make sure your pitcher stats are 100 percent, do your scheduling, do your payroll…. now another grocery chain up here went to auto ordering which make it more miserable cause it orders too much and takes too much time to sort through all the cr-p it sends in every week…. This job su-ks, take the buyout.
The no overtime is all I need to know. That is a telltale sign that you'll be working way more than 40 and not getting paid. Run run run from the RTM role

I was 50/50 and chose wrong
This was one of the worst decisions I made in my life
The job is a joke and plan on 50 plus hours or more for a minimal bump in salary ( no ot)
@OP I’d like to know that as well. Will all territories start that in Q3?
