HC Discussions Ongoing

HC discussions ongoing. Don’t get too comfortable … stay safe.

I see jobs posted online yet the CEO wants to do more with less. Who knows which way this will go.

Thank goodness they're increasing HC. So many groups def need more HC to help support the company.

This is correct. At least one of the major product groups will have substantial HC reductions communicated this month. The goal is to get under the 75k HC level. The details are being hammered out. Attrition is too low. Expect more noise about this in the next couple weeks. The details are eye popping in their concentration.

LBT needs to free up some cash flow for more exec buddies. There seems to be an expansion.. just depends on what level.

Cancel or delay future projects are better options here as head count reduction or cost cutting bullsh-t tactics won't work anymore. Stop cutting people heads due to your failing execution.
