The sooner the better honestly. Best thing I ever did was quit after 5 years with Dell. Sales rep who went to presidents club 3 out of the 5 years.. Dell does not care about you… you are replaceable by eager younger cogs in the system.. get out as soon as you can and you will feel a weight lifted off your shoulders… there is better opportunities with better companies who actually care about their employees… enuff of this corporate greed!
