Once you start working in a new job!
As soon as you start your new job? Don’t quit when you accept an offer. It can be rescinded before you start.

The best time was yesterday. The next best time is today. LOL

I just got out recently and couldn't be happier.
Been with Dell for many years and I'm leaving, not looking back - on the contrary looking forward to a less toxic environment.
@b8 100 percent spot on; they don't care about your ability or your technical knowledge they want lemmings that is all.
The sooner the better honestly. Best thing I ever did was quit after 5 years with Dell. Sales rep who went to presidents club 3 out of the 5 years.. Dell does not care about you… you are replaceable by eager younger cogs in the system.. get out as soon as you can and you will feel a weight lifted off your shoulders… there is better opportunities with better companies who actually care about their employees… enuff of this corporate greed!
