Execs act like business is booming and Stankey is a genius, but T is worth the least of all telecom companies. These clowns act like their “AT&T guarantee” and aimless attack ads make a meaningful difference, but T has fumbled one of the biggest industry leads of all time under this incompetent leadership. We are the bottom of the industry, and no amount of executive circlej--king will change that.

@11c hopefully we are not buying back yet. The selling is about to accelerate. Should wait for buybacks until we’re back near $15 in the not so distant future.
With the lower stock price, T can do more buy back more stock. Sneaky.
52 week low today $22.77 Grat Job!! SpaceX might just be our death !!
@w7 pay debt and buyback stock for stinks golden parachute. Nobody stands to gain more than him from the buybacks.
T is paying out $8 billion in dividends this year. What do we do with the rest of the free cash flow?
RTO detracting from my golf game.
The sky is blue.
We all know this stock is worthless. Has been for decades. The devaluation has just accelerated over the last 5-6 years. The company is circling the drain and will be pieced apart and sold within a decade. We are quickly being put out of business and the only focus is on RTO which drives zero positive change to the bottom line. If anything just detracts from it.
I HATE MY LIFE.
Cook the books.
Legacy SBC, the Texans, specifically the “Executive “ team conduct their ridiculous Town Halls like the Business is winning on every point. When our revenue continues to decline quarter over quarter and year over year. And second to ridiculous agenda item would include guest speakers. And on each introduction, the executives are so busy patting each other on the back and telling each other. What a great job they were doing their own best cheerleaders. Their thought process is if you say it enough, then it must be true when in fact, we lose market share every quarter and our business products continue to lack any creativity and/or value that a business could leverage to when in their particular line of business. We are a high price commodity and the local price guys continue eat our lunch in the marketplace.
T is third in wireless customers. Second in recenue, behind verizon. This includes wireline, so may we would be third if wireless was separated.
I say those things to provide an example of where the company sits. We are not winning the race. Our leadership knows it. They see the numbers weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly. Why do they stay- They are losing. They stay for the $, no differently than any other employee.
So when people on this board ask that d-mb question over and over, understand the answer for the CEO is the same as the 1st line Mgr..
I've been a long‑time observer of our internal company politics and I'm increasingly concerned. The organization has been hiring external VPs/AVPs/Directors who appear to lack the domain knowledge needed for their roles and who too often rely on micromanagement rather than solving the strategic gridlocks that are blocking progress. As a result, talented employees who are genuinely invested in the company's growth are being undermined, growth targets remain unmet, and the problems are being pushed down to junior staff who are neither empowered nor equipped to fix them. Employee morale is at an all‑time low and turnover risk is rising.
As a shareholder, I’m worried this pattern will erode long‑term value, weaken our competitive position, and put pressure on stock performance and return on investment if not corrected quickly. I hope the CEO can still course‑correct, or that the board will appoint competent leadership soon — otherwise we may need to start consulting a Magic 8‑Ball for hiring advice.
Yep, the only difference btwn T stock 2026 and T stock 2014 is 40% less in dividends
@ar , more smoke & mirrors. Physical, tangible precious medals are best the protection against (inevitable) economic collapse.
@a5 this is the way
All starts with the culture and RTO self destruction
Mr. Stankey, I know you realize you and your team are the problem with ATT and the anemic performance you have delivered to shareholders year over year. Please step down and get out of the way. You are an embarrassment to the fine employees of ATT and the telecom industry.
You should learn how the stock market actually works
If you work at ATT, why the ever lovin’ Scrooge would you deepen your exposure to it further by owning STOCK in it?!
Ya lost yer dayum mind?
Why do you stay if you feel this way about the company?
It’s not worthless , it’s just worth less!
Remember to always go in and exchange the T stock company contribution in your 401K every pay period so you can actually get a return on it.
