Surprising number of individuals leaving recently from all different titles/backgrounds. Bad leadership seems to be the common denominator and not listening to what employees want.

@a1 mainly mediocre talent bouncing from one internal role to the next, buying time until the ship finally sinks
@a1 Depends on your role and location. For the individuals that are the technical backbone of this company... job market is fine.
