Per the legally binding agreement between Cummins, the unions and the government, people laid off end March would receive severance payments of 3 or 6 months depending on age and/or seniority. At this point, Cummins failed to pay and hr replies with very vague messages to people enquiring.
The unspoken plan to let the entity go bankrupt without honoring the social plan seems to become reality.
But remember.... 'they care about you'!

Sounds like they don't want to pay, you have to wonder what is going to happen to Accelera in Columbus Indiana?
The latest reply is that some internal issues interfered with payments....and it was not identified prior to 8pm on Friday 29th while 25th is historically payment day.
Laughable to say the least.
