Why do we have risk people overseeing balance sheet risk who still dont understand risk.

We need more thinning of the herd.

What’s the difference between audit and it&v. Every idi0t in the bank thinks they are an expert and want to take a swipe at us when they don’t have the slightest clue what they are talking about. Tons of eager beavers just try manufacture fake value.

What “risk” are you talking about? Credit risk, Ops risk, Compliance? And why does it matter - the FL owns the risk so you tell them you accept the risk and all the consequences of you can educate them right? This is what you get when you keep complaining about risk - you finally get the C team asking questions and yet you still keep complaining….
