Don’t expect engagement, cooperation, creativity. You won’t get it because you don’t believe in it. You believe in hierarchy of mediocre yes-people, micromanagement and fear tactics.

@dy I found this thread about management behavior and culture not race.
@OP There is no real sense of morale. Fear is the primary management tool, and a select few hold most of the power. They frequently remind others of their influence over people’s careers. Employees are treated like pawns, rewarded with promotions when they successfully carry out leaders agendas. Communication skills, relationship building, and executive presence are often used as a facade to justify minions promotions.
Then quit..... the page is supposed to be for actually useful information. Instead we get this stupidity and racist fear mongering.
