Thread regarding Optum layoffs

I haven't received a meeting notice yet. Does that mean I have to stick around?

Looks like I survived another month. Should I be more proactive and schedule a meeting with my supervisor and HR, and ask for my severance?

I got RIFd in February and know several former Optum coworkers who are hoping for Early Retirement Incentives. But I think the company is too far gone in terms of morale and specialized skill sets.

Me neither. I don't think they are taking volunteers anymore which makes no sense to me.

@a1 It's always be happy and glad predictions turned out to be wrong. But being cautious would not hurt, right?

Are you disappointed :)
