The NMC is currently sending jobs to India and forcing NMC employees to train them. No surprise that VZW is making its own employees train their replacements. The field and regions are going to love Habibi calling in for an issue and not being able to understand them.

Verizon India is laying off engineers, NMC is picking them up. Technically NMC is hiring, but not in the USA
I work overnite and most of the people I communicate with at night prefer to work nights.Rarely is one forced. So you can say Joe is full Of it
This means the night teams and possibly the mid shift will be cut from the NMC, they are already working at a minimum with them WFH once again and them really embracing "AI" which su-ks
According to Joe Russo it’s to take advantage of the time zone, so people in the US don’t have to work overnight. I don’t know if I’m convinced because I haven’t seen a single US-Based NMC job posting since the Indian ones started coming up
