@OP a lot of people in my team do.
Its just showing nothing comes from this. Im all for remote, let us be remote. People arent coming in, just like when they said 2 days, 3 days.
This lady on my floor. Shes been here less than 1 year, was hired full time in-office, and doesn’t even bother coming in. Shes always “sick”.
Yeah, thousands of ‘em. Pre-Covid if people did this they’d be talked to, then verbal warning, written warning, and probation. Gone within 45-60 days max.
