Any Omni/operations leads finding themselves being the mod more than STL's?

Welcome to what used to be salaried department manager positions. Now, you’ll be earning an hourly wage while taking on a lot of responsibilities. You’ll be expected to handle various tasks and support the team, but without the benefits and pay that come with a managerial role. It's a shift in expectations, so be prepared for the demands that come with it.
Just so everyone is clear. When you start seeing “lead” and “key holder” titles replace salary managers, that is a huge red flag something is wrong, the exact same thing happened to me at toys r us about two years before total liquidation. You’ve been warned.
