Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

The worst management team

The only consistent message quarter to quarter is revenue declining faster than forecast. The stock price falling into the single digits says everything. If you’ve listened to this company’s analyst calls long enough you know management just pivots to whatever narrative works in the moment and they’re running out of narratives faster than revenue streams. Easily the worst management team this company has ever had.

Exactly what @aq+1kr2bpeh6 said.

@bb
Funnily enough, thats exactly what Salvino said about four or five years ago when he joined DXC so the problems don’t seem to come from the workforce but must be higher up somewhere?
Anyway, you guys keep saying how wonderful and talented our people are when you visit us so it can’t be us can it.
But thanks for the highly motivating message you're passing on though

@bb 70% of DXC’s revenue comes from outside the US, yet management still behaves as if the company operates exclusively in the US and the entire world gets its news from some shmuck on Fux News. D-mbos.

Useless guys - back off and get back to work.

The executives are working hard to make this company relevant in the AI era. We were even with Fox news host Bret Beer showcasing our capabilities.

It is a matter of time for the turnaround. Either you are with us or you are against us.

Make dxc shine again.

Our salary will be on 0% increase forever. They told us all a few years ago, if you want more, quit and prove you are worth more. A lot did. But by the time you've been through the process of getting another job. Why wouldn't you take it and go somewhere better - which is what most people did. It still didn't change the pay policy. They have let salaries drift so much now that it would be near impossible to realign them. So it seems they probably never will. You can either quit or stay. Given most of us are heading to retirement as our next move, but the company looks set to go bust soon. We're all just staying and trying to stall everything to get that VR they owe us!

Ok, but why do you care? Do they cut your bonus because of that? Did they give you bonus, when there was profit? No? So there is nothing in it for us, no matter the condition of the company.
