Novartis Pharmaceuticals plans to cut 76 jobs at its East Hanover headquarters. These reductions are effective starting August 21. This brings the total job losses for the company this year to 250. The global dr-gmaker announced 114 cuts in March and 60 in April. Despite these cuts, Novartis plans a $23 billion U.S. infrastructure investment.
