Worse company on planet earth
The only way to cut back your merch budget, is to have sales reps and RMS work the loads, back stock and holiday. This is why no one was scheduled over the holiday. Company did not want to pay extra time and a half for the holiday and management and sales reps refused to work on a holiday.
Probably why they made the rtm role salary, so you can cover everything and it won’t cost them any extra
I honestly think that's what the company expects. For the reps and RTMs to work for free. You've gotta be a corporate simp loser to work for free Mondelez 😆
