RIF Victims - spend your entire 2026 FSA amount

Make sure you spend the entire amount you set up for your FSA account in 2026 before your end date. Oracle legally can't do a thing about it.

@jk cobra is an extension of your healthcare plan that you had while you were an employee. You can't change benefits or coverage. Not paying the FSA amount could cause you to get dropped. Call the insurance company instead of getting information here.

Anyone have a monthly FSA amount show up as a line item on your cobra statement? It looks like we are expected to still pay into it. Anyone know what would happen if you paid everything each month except the FSA part?

FYI dont need to be done by employment end date. FSA is good for a calendar year no matter what.
