Bad management and a dysfunctional structure make it difficult to serve customers properly, while leadership keeps preaching principles they don’t follow themselves. Add to that a toxic culture, and navigating this would be challenging with proper pay. With what we get, it's really not worth it when you think about it.

@ba - this! Made a fortune with mah side hustle. Got a big 8------D. It's my money maker
OP so true. Left last year and the grass is indeed much greener. Only people staying at Truist are near retirement or feel like they need to max pension benefits
my tool manager would have us watch the purpose corner each month and ask us our “takeaways” from the video like it’s a college lecture lol
Consider leaving and resetting. It will take 10 years minimum to clear out the infestation of bad leaders.
The Emmy Award Winning Purposeless Corner, what an absolute clown show. The most unauthentic and un-genuine six minutes a month anyone could possibly contrive. It's more cringe worthy than watching a bad theatrical production in an elementary school cafeteria. So right @az, just a check the box excercise for the Exec Team to think they are connecting with Teammates. Charlie Browns teacher makes more sense.
OnlyF@ns is an option.
so... you laying the groundwork to call in sick tomorrow or you going to go full on Peaky Blinders?
and who watches P-o Corner to connect with leadership or get info? it is just checking boxes for the consultants and the board of directors in response to negative survey feedback that is ignored.
But we get the Purpose Corner each month.
