If my report is not accurate, I email my boss with my supporting documentation. They most likely do nothing with it, but thats OK.

The same boss who probably should have provided me fmla paperwork but hasn't.

I have it all saved. T's crossed and I's dotted in case it comes to a lawsuit.

@vk

If you're a L1 hourly, then you're not included. They originally had the hourly L1s in there but they saw how much free overtime people were working so they removed hourly as to not document how much OT pay they owe people.

@a7 they have inactivated the ticket submission due to the massive increase in tickets since the report is hardly ever accurate. Go ahead and put in writing that I need more than 8 hours. Let’s see how that goes. Not gonna happen. I’ll continue to 8 & skate. You can sit around all you want, bootlicker. It’s not going to get you anything.

You can not create a ticket for an inaccurate presence report since the first month it was out there as sooo many tickets were created due to the inaccuracies they now only allow Managers to create a ticket. Previously our Manager said if you hours are not below 7 do not worry about it.

Affirmative. If inaccurate, employees should be submitting problem tickets to resolve discrepancies. Number of hours are also important. Managers should be doing more than the bare minimum ‘8 & Skate’.

“Will Presence Report non-compliance be mentioned in the surplus letter as one of many key decision points for termination?”

The best source for specific surplus details is going to be your department managers and directors. They are directly responsible for team rankings. Many will deny this, but if impacted they identified you as having low value.

Treat your employees like children and they will act accordingly. “THIS” is the culture that they have created, talk about back to the future. God help us!
