Since when did they start making hourly employees do the KOF? I thought it was only for the salary positions.

@e3 hourly employees already get pip’d so I don’t know what you are trying to say.
When I first started the company, back in 2001 we had them. And we didn't always have a choice on who our KO's were. Some managers put your whole team down and any other depts you worked with.
This is good, let them experience what salaried employees are going through so they can learn about PIP.
Hourly employees will be replaced by third party service providers.
Our hourly employees already have to go through two personal assessments per year.
I'm not sure what the point is in regards to ranking them. We all know it's virtually impossible to get rid of a bad employee and historically we just end up sticking them in some made up position.
Yet another waste of time for supervision that will yield absolutely zero benefit.
Of course no one would dare speak up and shoot this idea down. This is our culture now.
Hourly folks are going to start going through the pds process and get ranked.
