Why at a location like Gemco ,does the company have 2 mobile trailers with Cameras 📷 posted up in the same area, having to spy on us?
One should be enough. What are the watching? Ballast? Shutdown power?

A camera to keep an eye on the other camera!
Keep track of the crews in spots that are unsupervised with no officers.
They can see and watch you from LATC shops. The crews claim big time initial and final and air brake pay, with no yard masters or supervisor authority around..
