Given recent townhall. The idea of shifting from engineers and managers to AI Builders as a blanket term to cover both engineering and managers as one. How are others feeling about this? Shifting team sizes to teams of 2-4 with a goal of trying to get code to production in 5 days. Does anyone else think it’s problematic? Team size changes meaning more layoffs to come? Anyone feeling as if there is a big disconnect from what upper management envisions and what goes on a day to day? Do we see quality control dropping and heavier workloads that will be “solved” because of AI? Anyone feeling let down by leadership?

bruh they laid off ppl to burn agentic tokens
Tried out the new agentic toolchain, its clunky as he-l, burns a sh-t ton of tokens with tons of subagents in the middle, funnily enough every other company has already started restricting token usage while Visa is slow to everything once again.
All the leaders are slowly replaced by losers from Microsoft Bing, a failed product. Ryan needs to stop this. Leadership is a big joke
Oh look, now they are going to limiting token use but still forcing everyone to use ai. Can’t have it both ways. Stop pretending ai will solve and your problems and invest in your people instead! Leadership is a joke.
You have leadership that has no understanding of AI. They make all these claims and have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to the reality of AI.
Just look at all the headlines of other companies that dove all in on AI and now backtracking because they realized it was a huge mistake. Quality was lower, cost was higher with AI use.

The people who are orchestrating this want most of humanity GONE.
The puppets who are positioned to make it happen believe themselves to be immune from the fall, but they are just being used to make it happen. They will be done away with too, so it's just the "elites" left, with a very minimal skeleton crew overseeing all of the robots and droids and AI-monster force running the show. That's what they're creating in all of the data centers. The AI-monster force.
They don't care if you have a job or not.
They don't care if supply chains dry up, or if every company goes bankrupt.
They don't care if you and your family starve, become homeless, or die.
They don't care if "the world burns".
They are actually banking on it doing just that.
