There’s a push to complete the skills assessment. What are they doing with them? I don’t trust them with any information.
We no longer have a training goals so they’re not upskilling

The LT are going to use the learning assessments to put people on PIP’s after the 2026 PMP results, so they can play people off next spring.
The only training goals that any employee should have is training their ENGINE replacements.
The people running and writing the skill assessments are some of the most incapable and incompetent employees.

An HR intern had the bright idea to dump all the skills assessments plus online resumes plus anything you have in Linkedin into a huge AI data dump and analysis of the whole org. It should be done by late August.

The skills assessment tool will be used for what was used last year. Nothing.
You even listening to yourself or rather know what you just typed? You no longer have training goal becuase in reality max training is 2 week prior from start. Being trained still after years if not decades. Then your a red flag we coming after you. That means everyone in america knows about DEI and its illegal hirings and its activities. Time for you to leave or get laid off. Your options are now slim.
