A big round of layoffs last week! A lot of good people who were loyal career employees were axed with zero empathy from leadership. With the abysmal combined ratio this company is running, you can expect more devastation to come! IMO this company is posturing to be sold or fold. Run for the hills, folks!

OP is right!!!! They eliminated the ESPP!!! The last time this happened Infinity was sold off to Kemper and everything went to sh!t. And has anyone else noticed how silent it is on the floor since the last round of layoffs? i swear its a like a graveyard. Everybody's depressed. And you know they changed the PTO rollover policy to get out of paying big lump sums when they get rid of folks. Glad I have some interviews lined up. I can't wait to get out.
I agree! The stock has tanked. They let go of the CEO and head of claim, which I understand, however, they let go of some VPs that actually have years of experience and were trying to help the company. They let them go while keeping other executives that only have their best interest in mind. This company is failing and it does look like its a ship that needs to be rescued or it will sink. Several of us on our team are actively looking to bail. We have families and need a job that not only has stability but has leadership that knows what they are doing. Bringing in a CEO with no insurance background and a banker heading claim tells us all we need to know, they are most likely working behind the scenes for a sale or merger. Good luck to all of you that decide to stay. like the OP said, at least polish up your resumes!!
Totally agree! The CEO, head of claims and recently talented VPs let go. The New CEO has ZERO insurance experience. The stock has tanked and layoffs every 6 months or so. Get ready for another round of layoffs, most likely happening by the end of the year. We are being picked off one by one, to posture for a sale or takeover. My resume is ready to go as well as others. Sadly, they kept employees that are an issue and let talented employees go. Good luck to all those that stay, you'll be looking over your shoulders.
