Glint survey

Is it completely anonymous or does is it a little more descriptive like- “one person scored 1 on question 1”

It is pretty easy for me as a manager to figure out who answered what.

5’s across the board every time, because that’s what they want and none of it matters anyways. It takes less than a minute, and they’ll leave you alone so you can “quiet quit” until they sh----n you eventually anyways (hopefully with severance). Hope this helps. lol

Survey isn't anonymous, my manager, Anand, blatantly called me out asking why I scored things the way I did...

THE ONLY WAY TO WIN WITH GLINT IS TO NOT PARTICIPATE.

Managers know. They can see job level and location. Its pretty easy to decipher who is saying what. I give all 5s and move along. I don't expect meaningful change. I just don't want a target on my back from some stupid survey. As long as those checks keep cashing then I don't care.

Any survey that includes a personalized link that only you can click isn't anonymous. HR has individual data and acts on it. You can look at results by tenure, and many other ways to slice it. Managers never get down to x person said y, but you can get pretty close. Just give 4/5 answers and forget about it just like others have said it's a game.

It’s completely anonymous. This has been answered here before. Managers can see the combined team score but that’s it.

Managers clearly show that you can see the number who agreed, disagreed, and neutral. They don't show us if it shows names but directors at least get a report by grade level and location so they can narrow down who put what with managers.
