I’m still hearing that there will be another round of layoff in June end or July.
And heard this time, reducing the contractors because of larger teams..

what about software dev contracting assignments. Are they being renewed. Seems like more work is being push to the development teams now. You would need additional help to do the actual work why your dev leads do the work which the SLs used to do. Doubt you can do more with less.
I know of multiple SMs that contract is up end of June
It's sad, but Fidelity management A0's wants to replace lower value human capital with AI . Tried protesting but it's coming for grade 4's and 5's beware

I call BS on this post. Someone has a beef with contractors. How about H1B...start there.
