Offer the $7.95 Insurance.. if your manager reprimands you for that state that we offer it, if you get written up call the ethics hotline

@w8+1ks169t9g The company pushes false churn by offering promotions that only count if its a new line added. Example the past few months is the BMSM watch and IPAD. The promotion does not include upgrading those products. So naturally those lines are going to be cancelled.
@b6+1ks169t9g I leverage the insurance switch all the time when it nets me a new line or perk. You have to be talented enough to rewrite these plans without a customers bill going up and make money at the same time. Anyone doing this knows wpp is non commisionsble …its a tool you have to use if nesscessary.
Commission manipulation at it's finest. I was told to false churn pull through items directly from my management, and I still won't do that. Go ahead and put me on a PIP. I don't care. I have integrity.
People like you do not belong in sales.
Poor solution for the customer to gain incremental adds - integrity? It goes again the key parts of sales and if one of the three isn’t a yes it’s not a smart, business solution. Good for the business? Good for the customer? Good for the employee?
Selling an inferior partial product results in more created customer return visits - don’t game a system, take care of the customer to ensure loyalty and retention
@b6 if you sell the 7 dollars one you have 12 bucks to play with which could be used to do 3 to 4 , 2 to 4, or you can leverage it get a perk
And not get paid anything for it? Why would you do that? Check the comp library, $7.95 WPP is non commissionable.. tell me you are a clerk without telling me you are a clerk.
In these times with the new commission, saving $12 out of your sale can get you a tablet/watch line he-l it can get you a new phone line
