Well well well looks like Devon bit off more than they could chew. 1 year salaries being offered to select groups in Houston to stay on in the Houston office because OKC can’t absorb it.

@OP worth noting okc got retention bonuses also. Mixed bag on the amounts and which teams.
@g1 Shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. XEC had similar numbers when they moved back office from Tulsa to HTX.

They asked if Houston people wanted to move. Everyone said. Pass
Employees are also being told about relocation payouts to move. Don't know full details but you will receive up to 1 year salary to relocate.
@OP just more of that so called transparency. Still no official announcements of anything.
