Looks like it Starts today there was a managers call Monday with 150 managers on it and I and all my team have had 1-2-1s booked in for today.
Rumour is it’s basically EVERYONE except one of the seven million VPs they have just hired who seem to do nothing except shuffle decks and talk about “journeys”

First week or two of June
I am at SA unit. No news. Talk to people in Central America and NA. They told me a small batch of RA was happening since April. People are very worried because job market is he-l over their. All companies are using AI as excuse for mass layoff. They expect layoff will get very bad and many Pod or unit will be eliminated in big conference call similar to what happened in 2024. India Pod is not excluded from this round but the impact will likely be smaller.
Targets are to be allocated by Business Unit but this has not happened yet. Expectation is that this will commence in June.
You can expect the RA floodgates to open with a laser focus on culling the high labor cost locations in Europe and North America.
