We had some kind musical chairs mini-reorg in my area of Aero engineering four weeks ago. It seems like a level of management that was eliminated 5 or so years ago was added back in. Is this happening in other areas? And will they pay for the new layer by cutting heads?

I’m hearing major cost cutting after next month in Aero so Elliot group will get the stock price up to $400.00 per share.
I don’t see any large census actions in aero defense coming. Commercial is a different question largely dependent on specific efforts managing to completely change their history in the next three months.
I'm just curious. So these are rumors and speculations about Clearwater, where have these rumors been generated from?
Minneapolis was for sale at one time. I was there when they said. What should we do with the roof. The guy said you can take it off the sale price.
So I'll stay focused on this, and see if there's any more chatter after the spin off.
I heard Clearwater was going to be hit hard. Also, it may be up for sale again.
Remember that anyone who proves that there is more layers of Mgmt will be RIF'd.
Aero hasn’t worked out how to untangle the knot created by corporate footprint demands. Meanwhile programs are performing poorly across aero hindered by tool downtime and other short term IT glitches. Cost of migration higher than anyone will ever admit
All is quiet in my neck of the woods. I suspect any large scale cuts will happen post spin at this point.
I have heard of small census issues in ES engineering, but really noise level stuff that will fix itself in a quarter of limited hiring due to the spin.
