I'm counting the days to mid June for the survey! I wish I was the person reviewing the verbatims. I am sure the comments will be pure gold.
@cg this is so frustrating. Many people always refused to or said it was pointless. It’s our only voice. Please fill out the damn surveys! Plus it is funny watching them polish the overwhelmingly bad sentiments or even ignore them.
Don't think I'll fill it out. I doubt it's anonymous, so can't fill it out honestly.
HR and our Technology SVPs/ VPs FORCE us to take the pulse survey. They literally keep reaching out to every person to meet their goal of 80-90% participation. Its disgusting. Worst feeling ever.
The best thing we could do as a company is record low turnout for the survey. It's a signal the org has lost the belief that their voice matters
Survey is next month, the RTO announcement will take all the blame for low scores instead of 12 months of toxic middle management.
pulse survey will be tuned for A0's ego's, what you write will be thrown in trash
we can do more harm on glassdoor and indeed anyways
