I was already a 10x engineer. Now I'm 3x10x. I think next week I'm slated to up that to 9x.
In a few more quarters, I figure I'll be outputting more PRs than atoms in the universe.

Instructions unclear, now I'm just 3x stressed.
I think scaring the cr-p out of everyone to get them to apply to other companies during our most important quarter was a really good idea. The only better idea would be to do that and then not even do a layoff.
