This is the funny post. A person supposedly gets laid off mid-day Friday and immediately posts on Layoffs, looking for opportunities. Usually when 1 person gets laid-offs, its due to performance or behavioral. Or could be probation period.
Reading the thread, I am guessing the person posting didn’t like the job and likely quit before they were laid off. They don’t mention they received severance.
