As we all know, WFH people were put into a separate bonus pool this year.
Where is the updated benefits document about bonuses that clearly reflect this policy change?
Come on MC, show your bias!

I work in an office. I have a wonderful boss, which is rare and shocking and I have not received a raise in three years. He has put in for the full amount across-the-board from a compensation per perspective only to get knocked down while our leader blames the management for raises and bonuses. Remote workers stop whining you’re not paying for clothes, dog sitters, daycare, Parking, or sitting in a dirty office.
It's a separate merit pool, not bonus. If you got a smaller bonus because of remote status, that was a more local management choice. You're not going to find anything official in the documentation about it other than the announcement. They didn't even communicate to management how to break up the merit pool or actually separate it out, those managers who have remote staff just got less with no communication about how much less or how to split it up.
@ar It's always been a bonus, not a commuter stipend. It's also comes nowhere near close to compensating for the aggravation of being shanghaied into a HUB after being remote even several years before covid. Grow up!
@ar they want to separate us and for us to fight each other, you seem to be falling for it. I was against RTO and felt horrible for RTO folks. You are a pile of steaming p@@p though.
@ar maybe, but they do often work longer hours than us in office folks, and considering they can not go for higher positions and have moved down in pay scale, I’d think that more than evens out. I feel bad for our remote colleagues as well, just for different reasons. This isn’t us versus them.
