ER case experience

Have you opened ER case before regarding your manager or team lead or performance rating?
What was your experience like?

It’s not a guaranteed ticket to be laid off. Unlikely will be overturned tho.

Retaliation is what happens… don’t do it. I know first hand. I tried it and I am out on my azz now.

@ac 100 percent correct. I opened a dispute about an IM rating. What a waste of time. Everything my manager didn't do was only a corporate guideline

HR and ER are never going to be on your side. They exist to protect the company so they will never be a neutral arbiter. They work to resolve conflicts in WF's best interest. You are better off filing cases with the EEOC (when a real administration is in office)

They confirmed manager followed process which didn’t even make sense what they said this because he didn’t follow the process she identified. Likely a waste of time. Gather all evidence of their BS before layoff or fire.

ER is there to protect the company, not the employees. They will do an “investigation “ and then tell you that you are wrong.

Those cases go UTR (under the rug)
