Funny how these executives always get shuffled around. Never have to take accountability for their failed initiatives, because they leave before the goal deadline. The next leader comes in and changes direction, almost as if the previous leader's initiatives were never there!
You know leadership is a failure when they can't even own their failures, and simply move to another spot to start another failed initiative. They'll get shuffled around again in 18-24 months...
