With stock price down and merger looming, anyone know if they will start lay offs before merger? What are thoughts on layoffs in next few months?

@10x Exactly, and little effect to field or retail staff because there is so little overlap. Border store staff should probably be prepared though.
For corporate, call center, and shared resources there will be some reduction. That’s a merger though.
The “operational efficiency” would mostly come from Cox side, I would assume.
Before the merger? Who knows.
Almost certainly some a bit afterwards. think about like legal, marketing, back office things that will have redundancies with Cox team members. How or when that shakes out is anyone’s guess, but that’s what they mean when they say “operational efficiencies”’
