FTS RTO?

Has anyone got any clarity on this?
Like from FTS HR?

My contract states hybrid, but there's legal ease in there... I really can't go in full-time and would not have taken or applied for a full-time in-office role since it is not feasible for me. Worst case, I could ask my FTS and let folks on here know what I hear...

But FTS is most of the time beyond useless and just gives you a vagus runaround on things.

Im so thankful that I have the manager and HR rep that I have. rto is not an option, I had been drooling at the opportunity to go fte, after 4 years of being fts.. The rto notice changed that, and coincidentally.. Im 99% sure the window is opening for me to take a fte slot.

If so, Im turning it down. Its not worth losing what I have and losing my HR rep, no way.

As a FTS, you are required to go in. No exceptions unless ofcourse HR has given one.
