Just resigned from my position here in the U.S. How do I go about returning my laptop and equipment? No direction has been provided by my manager - will I get a box in the mail?

The manager should be putting in the CMP order to send a prelabeled laptop box to you for return.
@ad He told me everything, so any accessories and badge in addition to laptop
Do you return just the laptop? Or does the dock, headset, mouse, keyboard, etc need to go back too?
Yeah you can do it through the marketplace, I think your manager can also marketplace order it for you or they will eventually send you one (don’t quote me on the last one that is just what happened to me)
There is an offboarding CMP your manager will have to complete. One of CMP the questions is "does the employee have equipment to return?". If they select YES, an empty box with a prepaid return label will auto ship to your house so you can mail back the equipment.
a co-worker of mine recently left Citi and he had equipment to return. there is apparently a Marketplace order you can submit that will provide the return label, etc. that you need to send them back
