Who should be the next CEO if not EH? Someone on the current exec team?
He don’t have a strategy.
EH has certainly not helped matters but don’t act like the decline started with him. Maybe he can’t fix it but we were not exactly thriving with his predecessor.
Maybe we’re all the problem. From CEO, Leaders, Managers, Employees… maybe we just all su-k? I guess we blame HR and talent acquisition on us su-king. They clearly hired me and you, we su-k. So they must really su-k!
