Now that the sale has been completed and continued work load being taken off the field force is another layoff of the field in the plans

@hn Crown has a lot of debt even with paying it off with the sale. Crown pays out a dividend that is 101% of affo. So they maintain the dividend rate and hope they can grow to close the gap and lower that rate. They will pay back a bunch of debt so that will help but overall they aren’t in good shape. Their move now is to buy the land their towers are on so they stop Ipaying rent and grow at a whopping
3%. Who is going to invest in a company that grows at 3% and doesn’t raise its dividend. It’s a crowded space now with private companies and others. So their goal to win business from 3 customers is to be best in class whatever that means. Thier only hope to grow shareholder value is to be sold at a multiple or keep gutting expenses. Either way employees are horrible just another expense. They less they have the better
Somebody need to elaborate..
Layoffs then sale unless this whole best in class thing works out lol
People, anyone who thinks that Clown Castle is going to take a 7B hit and not layoff more people is just plain mendacity. Jump ship while you can, the iceberg is on the horizon.
