What is going on with MASS MARKETS? Ive seen a lot of departures from leadership over there. This guy here just joined AT&T on May 2025 from external source. He lasted 1yr, and if him being escorted out was true, then his exit may not have been voluntary

How many of these market based external VP+ hires have left the business recently? This clown celebrated his one year anniversary with the company this week and shamefully walked out the door. Great job J Rob. Now we are left yet again with a vacancy in leadership. Who now? Another external? Look around there could be some very well-deserving, proven leaders already here that could fill the role. Seems to me this idea of market based is blurring the good judgement of what the company needs vs. what the company wants.
They need to continue to oust the overpaid fiefdom lords, and that will REALLY save the company some dough.
