Vteamers will become Victra teamers. Its crazy to see how the business changed. I was indirect for 10+years and corporate would label indirect as fake verizon. Its all transitioning to indirect now. Im now on corporate side and its crazy to see the transition first hand.
toxic environment really is understatement
I can't believe 90% of stores have not been closed or moved to indirect.

Retail employees who are not working to unionize are short sighted. It’s their only saving grace. They will be gone (rebadged) in the next 18 months.
The Trump Administration's unnecessary and disruptive conflict with Iran has further destabilized prices across the board. There is no overtime being offered right now, and those of us who are frontline are feeling the pinch. Why is VZ leadership asking us to come into the office when we can do the work just as well or better at home?
Verizon corporate is no longer giving over time to their retail employees.
