Honestly, I don't even know anymore. They've eliminated so many positions and have swamped those remaining with so much work I know several working late hours and weekends just to be able to stay afloat and keep up. I will never think its worth your family time just to make the higher ups a few more bucks while your time and mental health is whittled away. Salary doesn't keep up with cost of living and inflation, but in the same breath you're made to "feel grateful for even having a job because one day... you might be at the end of the axe so take what you can get and su-k it up."......its terrible really.
