Do we know what it will be? I'm a relatively new hire, so I'm not sure if that puts me at higher risk. Is it last one in, first one out or performance based or something else entirely?

And also expensive employees .. payroll that layer is looked at most by the management consultants
Last time it was a mix of DNME, new people, and role eliminations. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best
