Especially rampant in CSO.

Go to web phone and you'll see level 4's in non hubs. Level 3 individual contributors in non hubs. Probably work from home or sales offices at best.

All new hiring in non hub Charlotte to bring in Baich old pals including level 3 who are now in charge of people in hubs which was told was never allowed.

They’re going to care for the people who impact income the closest in their eyes plus anyone touching AI. Everything else is an expense cutting opportunity.
