Better than I expected. DR did a great job.

@wc Spot on!
DR’s biggest qualification was standing close enough to the nepotism blast radius.
His previous boss RA gets promoted because RA’s brother becomes COO, and somehow DR magically lands a promotion too. Inspiring stuff.
0 substance + 0 delivery + all talk = DR
He did a great job at failing to rationalize RTO. Can't convince me that those of us who have actually been hammering the past few years while WFH aren't being "collaborative" - makes me wonder what I was even trying for at all. It's just to get people to quit without having to pay severance IMO
@e3 slithered.. Lol. That painted a very valid mental picture.
Come to think of it, he looks like a slightly less evil Jeff Bezos. Considering he came from Amazon, that checks out 😂
DR has become all smile and hype, no substance. I once had hope, but he slithered into the bushes, layoff after layoff, when it really mattered.
SCPT is ITC organization with all the hiring at ITC.
Great then start fixing sap so we don’t have to hear from AB how we’re supposed to use ai to automate the thousands of incidents it causes.
Drew. Worthless.
Just one question - What reason did DR give for introducing another VP under him ? How is that flattening the org and reducing the layers ?
DR is the only strong leader in GT left. Good dude.
DR is an empty vessel. I challenge him to share VP/ SD/DIR to IC ratio before and after most recent layoff. Prove it that you're actually thinning out redundancy and ditching executives who add little value but command hefty pay and compensation.
Literally nothing changed. They're moving deck chairs on the sinking Titanic!! If VA and EH dont see this and act accordingly, they have only themselves to blame. The demise of Nike will be their legacy!
