This was the best time to unload yours long-term ESPP shares. There are nice online calculators for the tax dues, one regular income expected with W-2 and another with the long-term percentage. Last time such opportunity existed was two years ago, so it will take years if you missed this one. Patience folks, patience... You must be calm and wait longer than the stock manipulators.
